Very beautiful hotel, very well staffed and they are also friendly and efficient. I think the quality for the money you pay was really good and we felt very happy with this hotel. There are many great facilities including a restaurant and little convenience store on the first level. They even have a swimming pool on one of the floors. The room was the most spacious we've had in Japan. Conveniently close to transport options like buses and street cars. Walking distance to Hondori and lots of food and shopping, including a big department complex attached to the hotel next door. Conveniently placed to get to the main attractions in Hiroshima

The location of the hotel was terrific, close to bus lines and subway and street tram. Hiroshima is also very walkable. The view from the 26th floor was fantastic, gave great perspectives of the north and east of the city.

This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Hiroshima’s main sights — the Peace Memorial Museum, the Atomic Bomb Dome, and the Memorial Park are all within easy walking distance. It’s also close to shopping arcades and plenty of great local restaurants. We took an Uber from Hiroshima Station for convenience, which worked well. A small note: the hotel still offers smoking rooms, so make sure you select a non-smoking room when booking. In our case, this worked out well because we were upgraded to a superior room on the 27th floor — and the view was absolutely stunning! We could see the Dome, the Memorial Park, and even out to the sea and nearby islands. Definitely worth the small extra cost. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety, although the room was a little chilly and oddly the hotel’s free Wi-Fi didn’t work in the breakfast area. The hotel itself feels more like a large business-style property than a boutique one, but the location and panoramic views more than make up for it. There’s also a rooftop restaurant and bar on the 33rd floor, which was a lovely surprise. It’s a little on the formal and traditional side rather than modern, but still very pleasant. They serve cocktails, though without much explanation of the ingredients — still, the drinks were enjoyable and the spectacular views, especially at sunset, make it well worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hiroshima.

Excellent location - walking distance of all local sightseeing attractions and accessible via bus from the train station. Attached to a local mall with restaurants etc and a convenience store in the lobby. A huge room for japanese standards, the biggest I've stayed in japan and a huge bathroom. Amazing reception area

Without question the stupendous views in the bar/restaurant on the 37th floor over 270 degrees are the main attraction here. Very nice place for a drink or coffee although neither are cheap, but which is partially made up for by old style service. Very funny as if you are in 5* hotel of 30 years ago. Of course the main attraction of the hotel is its excellent location for the memorial park and various retail streets.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Hiroshima Bus Centre and some important monuments, which makes it easy for guests to access transportation and explore the city efficiently. While it takes a few train stops to reach the JR station, the hotel remains an excellent option for both first-time and seasoned visitors. The room is meticulously clean and spacious.

The room size is actually very spacious compared to other hotels and airbnbs we have been in Japan. A full sized cot (not a travel or portacot) was also provided for our baby and despite that there was still plenty of space. It did seem like an older hotel and some furniture and facilities seemed dated, but they were well maintained and functionally of no issues. The breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was excellent. The location was also very convenient for us - the ferry stop where we took the ferry to Miyajima Island was a 10 minute walk, and the peace memorial park and museum were also in a very close walking distance. And the VIEW from our room!! Fantastic.

Very posh and grande Hotel with above average sized rooms. We had a room on the 23rd floor with fabulous views south and over the Peace Park. The location is excellent, walking distance to the Castle, Museum, Atomic Dome Ruine and Peace Park. Easy ride on Tram2 or 6 from Station. Superb choice for breakfast, Japanese and International dishes, excellent coffee. Choice of 3 places for breakfast. Luore Restaurant excellent for dinner. Only disappointment was that the Spa and large indoor pool where charged separately and with a charge of 4.400 Y (ca 25£) for just 2 hours for pool, gym and spa, it was not an option. This considerable additional cost ought to be displayed properly on the Booking.com site!!!

Location: sandwiches between the castle and the peace memorial park, not only is the location perfect, but the views breathtaking. Rooms: Compared to any Japanese hotel, the rooms are huge. The antique finish and furniture adds glamour to the stay. Staff: Beyond polite, and quite jovial. Always ready to help.

The hotel is luxurious in the best way. They have nailed the small details from having the nicest quality bathrobes we experienced on our trip to great customer service from the staff to the great bars and restaurants in the hotel itself. Its location really can't be beat and the view from the upper floors is incredible. This hotel made our stay in Hiroshima all the more special and I couldn't recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting this city.
