When you stay at the same place your Prime Minister (Justin Trudeau) stayed at for the G7 in May of this year you know you did it right. From the moment we checked in we felt special. The staff is amazing. They treat you like gold. We were on the executive floor which was well worth it. The staff came to our room. Showed us everything, helped with pool/spa plans (no tattoos) tides for visiting the water shrine, etc. We had a welcome tea set and cookies in room, welcome drink at night, free Japanese or Western breakfast with breath taking views, bathing products galore (even face masks), free tickets to art museum, etc. The location is perfect as you are in walking distance to the major museums and monuments of the Peace Park. Trains, trams and buses all out the door. Great to walk out a night and get photos with no one around. Top notch place. A big thank you to the staff!

Location was great and easy walking distance to the Peace Park and all around. Hop on Hop off Bus can be picked up a block away. Recommend doing, if first time visitor. Executive double Room was clean and on high floor had a lovely view of Hiroshima Castle. Toiletries supplied and nothing forgotten. Impressive! Staff were lovely, polite and approachable, especially the American girl in the Cloak room who sent our luggage onto Osaka. The Buffet Breakfast was quite good and had variety. Easy walk to Dock in Peace Park to catch the 45 min boat ride to Miyajima Island. Recommend doing and worth the money. Loved also there is an onsite laundromat (coin operated). Just fabulous and so convenient for Traveller's. Vending machine near it. Wish more Hotels supplied the same. There is also a small shop on the ground floor.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I must say, I wish it was longer! Everything about my experience was fantastic. The food was exceptional, with a diverse menu and impeccable taste. I particularly enjoyed the authentic Japanese breakfast option, which added a unique touch to my stay. The staff members were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The personalised in-room check-in process was a delightful surprise, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The massive window provided an incredible view, adding to the overall charm of the experience. Overall, this is easily the best hotel I've stayed in for a very long time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We were given a corner room from where the panoramic view of Hiroshima was absolutely stunning. One could see the palace, the A Bomb dome, Christmas market and gorgeous mountains in the backdrop. It's a huge hotel and was a value for money proposition for us. And it was one of the biggest rooms we stayed in during our Japan trip. The room incl bath area was super clean and probably would be my choice to stay if I visited Hiroshima again. The staff at the reception were super courteous and kudos to them for their 'help with a smile' nature. By the way there is also a convenience store right in the lobby of the hotel. How cool is that!

Our room was large with a picture window and view of Hiroshima Castle. There were reading lights for the beds and a large mini-fridge for fruit and milk. There is a mall next door with a pharmacy in the basement. A block away is a Sogo with a food court and deli and there is a Lawsons and a 7/11 nearby. It's an easy walk to the castle, the Peace Park and the 5-days Children's Museum and to a playground with swings. There is ferry right at the Peace Park that you can take over to Miyajima Island for a day visit. The buffet breakfasts were amazing with Japanese and Western offerings. This is quite a special hotel.
